Preparing for Your Visit
New Patient Forms – Your dental and health histories will help us plan your visits and treat you safely. We offer a variety of payment plans for your convenience. Ask about your options and we will get you set up with a plan that works for you and your pocketbook!
Flex Plans – Tell us about your flex plan benefits. You’ll want to use these hard-earned benefits! Please bring your dental or flex plan card to the first visit.
At Your First Visit
A staff member will come out and meet you. You’ll sit and interview each other for a few minutes, and we’ll get an idea of what X-rays and other diagnostic records to order.
The staff will take and process the necessary X-rays and records.
If you’re in for urgent care, we’ll present findings, options, and costs. You’ll have the choice to get started that same day.
For a cleaning and exam appointment, we’ll complete an assessment of your gums, perform the examination, diagnose conditions and present findings. We’ll answer questions before you can decide on how to proceed. We never start treatment without your permission!
